Today a portions of new chapter joins the roster: Chapter Eleven -- "The
Market: Invaluable Servant, Ruthless Master." Before that
chapter is completed, I must read a couple more books and several
articles.
Chapters Ten through Fifteen have been reordered.
I am now at work on Chapter Fourteen: Rights,
Justice, and Human Dignity. It is both a crucial and difficult
topic requiring a considerable amount of reading and review.
The date of the latest revision or addition
will appear at the end of the chapters.
